MegaSwat™ Blade-Style Mop

Lightweight blade-style mop featuring a flexible blade, uniquely designed to glide around, under, and behind heavy processing equipment and calibrated apparatus in the lab and cleanroom. Used wet or dry, the mop covers are available in multiple materials, thickness, and sizes, with or without foam for specialized cleaning.

Covers are available in a choice of fabric options, with or without a foam interior:
  • NovaPoly™ – 100% smooth knit polyester provides excellent disinfectant dispersal
  • PolySorb™ – 100% textured polyester for removing residues and dispersing disinfectant
  • MegaTex™ – 100% non-woven polyamide is absorbent with a mildly abrasive surface
  • NovaLite™ – Absorbent synthetic chamois, excellent in medical device applications
  • PolyTube™ – 100% polyester ribbed knit tube
  • MicroPoly™ – 100% knit polyester raw material
  • Microfiber – 80% polyester and 20% polyamide is highly absorbent and effective wet or dry

Blades are available in a range of widths and material: HDPE, LDPE, PTFE, stainless steel, and nylon. HDPE, PTFE, stainless steel, and nylon blades are autoclavable.

Option MSH216-36SS with an attached 36-inch stainless steel handle.

Use QDMS Stainless Steel MegaSwat™ Tool with SSU series Quick Disconnect Handles or QPMS Plastic MegaSwat™ Tool with STA and STAEH series Threaded Handles (sold separately). Match cover suffix numbers with adapter suffix numbers.

Certificates: Certificate of Conformance. Certificate of Processing for Irradiated Products. Sterility validation paperwork available upon request.
