Micronova Introduces SnapMop Series Lightweight Mop for Critical Cleaning

Micronova Mfg. Torrance, CA has introduced a lightweight mop to augment the company’s standard Slimline series.

The Snap Mop is a fully enclosed polyester/foam blend mop head, designed for the application of disinfectants and general cleaning in controlled environments.

Available in three different head sizes – 230mm, 355mm and 455mm - the mop will efficiently clean small compounding rooms to large manufacturing areas.

The SnapMop is available in three different fabric finishes – NovaPoly polyester, Microfiber and Megatex to address simple disinfection to heavy duty cleaning and residue removal tasks found in pharmaceutical production and support applications.

The mop heads fit on the standard electro polished Slimline Adapter, and the new QSLP Heat Resistant Polymer adapter - for lighter handling and ease of use when cleaning high walls and ceilings. Both adapters have a 360o swivel action.

The strong construction of the slipcovers allows them to be laundered, if viable, and used again. The materials of construction hold up to alcohols, strong disinfectants and steam sterilization.

The SnapMop can be used with the C7 double bucket unit or pre-saturated prior to use by using the B7BL IR sterile bucket liner

All SnapMops are available pre-irradiated.
