Aseptic Processing - Tapes, Mops and Handcare

Micronova now carries a range of irradiated products for pharmaceutical labs and biotechnology facilities - all those applications that demand super stringent processing.

IC 220 - Aquahol 70/30 IPA blend

Aquahol is a custom blend of 70% Isopropanol in WFI filtered to 0.1 microns. This sterile alcohol can be used over gloves prior to entering into aseptic areas or over gloved hands between critical processes. When used in conjunction with the VWRbrand Touch Free Dispenser, personnel can pre-determine the dose of alcohol - 1, 3 or 5 mls - delivered. This constant 'dose' means one less variable element in protocols and audits. The 'Touch Free' component is unique in that it eliminates the chance of 'hand-to-hand' contamination which bottles, sprays and other push dispensers pose.

Double bagged, the alcohol and delivery tube is irradiated and validated sterile.

CR 100 IR - Irradiated Cleanroom Tape

Irradiated tape on a plastic core that can be used for media preparation, batching, color coding, packaging and other applications within the lab or cleanroom. The matte finish means the ultra-clean tape can be written on with cleanroom pen. Double bagged with certificate of irradiation.

PolyGen IR - Sterile Floor Mop

Pre-sterilized, double bagged PolyGen mop with full validation. This economical polyester floor mop is designed to effectively lay down a layer of disinfectant. In its sterile format the mop will save time on pre-processing and validation in house. Double bagged with certificate of irradiation. Full validation documents available on request.
