Micronova Launches 'Irradiated' Portfolio of Products for Sterile Processing.

Micronova Manufacturing Inc. has further developed three of the company's standard tape, mop and cleansers expressly for use in pharmaceutical, bio-technological and sterile processing applications. Through gamma irradiation Micronova now has a range of Sterile Mops, Sterile Alcohol and Irradiated Tape for use in super stringent manufacturing sites.

IC 220 - AquaHol 70/30 IPA blend

A custom blend of 70% Isopropanol in WFI filtered to 0.1 microns. This sterile alcohol can be used over gloves prior to entering aseptic areas or over gloved hands between critical processes. When used in conjunction with the Micronova Touch Free Dispenser, personnel can pre-determine the dose of alcohol - 1, 3 or 5 mls - delivered. This touch-free element also eliminates the chance of 'hand-to-hand' or 'glove-to-glove' contamination which bottles, sprays and other push dispensers pose. Double bagged, the alcohol and delivery tube is irradiated with full certificate of analysis and certificate of sterility.

PolyGen IR - Sterile Floor Mop

Pre-sterilized, double bagged PolyGen floor mop with full validation. This economical polyester floor mop is designed to effectively lay down a layer of disinfectant. With full AAMI validation, use of the irradiated PolyGen will save time on pre-processing and validation in house. Double bagged with certificate of irradiation.

CR 100 IR - Irradiated Cleanroom Tape

Irradiated tape on a plastic core that can be used for media preparation, batching, color coding, packaging and other applications within the lab or cleanroom. The matte finish means this ultra-clean tape can be written on with cleanroom pen. Double bagged with certificate of irradiation the tape is currently available in 4 colors plus white in ž" and 1" widths. Roll length 36 yds.

The irradiated portfolio of products is the most recent adaptation of Micronova's range of cleaning and maintenance products which includes floor and wall mops, sponges and wipes, soaps and detergents, cleanroom tape and custom cleanroom products.
